For example, in a recent project, Valtera used its candidate selection battery to identify the most important features for use in hiring new employees. We did this by administering the battery and then carefully identifying the facets of the battery that were the most significant predictors of performance for that company in that industry.
In another company the concern was for customer satisfaction. Here we designed an employee survey that identified the critical issues management needed to attend to in order to produce a service climate—which we showed, in turn, was tightly linked to customer satisfaction.
