This position is responsible for formatting and proofing documents and reports, preparing presentations, proofing and testing web sites, answering phones, and internal documentation.
A high school diploma (or equivalent) and one to two years of office experience is required for this position. Typical success factors for this role include:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including but not limited to MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet Explorer and a working knowledge of printers both at the office and production levels.
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing with internal and external customers
- Contribute proactively and effectively in a positive team-oriented environment.
- High level of attention to detail and quality control with the ability to multi-task and work independently.
- Exercise discretion when handling confidential information and material.
- At times, ability to lift up to 40 lbs. is required.
