Valtera is actively recruiting to fill a Consultant position in our Amsterdam, Netherlands office.
Job Responsibilities
This position is responsible for senior level consulting and project management for the design and delivery of Valtera survey and selection/assessment services and products. Essential job duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Advise clients on key decisions in developing and implementing survey processes
- Help clients interpret quantitative and qualitative data and use the data to maximize individual, group and organizational effectiveness
- Develop and maintain project plans and timelines
- Develop project processes and quality control procedures specific to the unique requirements of the project
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients to keep them informed of project status, answer questions and guide project execution
- Write or contribute to the development of proposals and price quotes for potential business
- Develop and deliver executive presentations
- Deliver one-on-one coaching to client executives
- Travel will be required
Candidate Profile
- Masters Degree or PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or closely related field
- 10+ years of I/O work experience in an internal/external consulting role within industry
- Prior experience in a major consultancy is a plus
- Fluency in English
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Experience with the consultative business development process
- Advanced knowledge of statistical techniques used in survey data analysis (e.g., SPSS)
