This position is responsible for managing projects, ranging from small to very large scale, primarily related to employee opinion surveys. Emphasis is placed on the technical aspects of projects, particularly database creation and manipulation to support large-scale survey projects and high volume report generation. The Technical Analyst is one of the primary points of contact for clients as projects are planned and executed.
A bachelor’s degree and demonstrated database experience using either MS Access or SQL is required for this position. SPSS knowledge is a strong plus. Typical success factors for this role include at least one year of professional work experience, working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, project management skills, customer service skills, and high attention to details. Ability to collaborate and work within a team environment is also very important.
