Global Experience

Our consultants have international reputations reflecting the impact and acceptance of our work throughout the world, including participating as invited speakers at venues worldwide on the topics of employee engagement, culture, and service climate. Our staff regularly work throughout the world in actual field settings doing primary data collection through interviews, focus groups, surveys and assessments. We have conducted surveys and assessments in almost 140 countries and in more than 80 languages and dialects.

We don't simply visit headquarters locations; we do hands-on data collection and consulting work in settings where local and/or national cultural differences are significant determinants of employment practices and brand. Global Alliance for Performance Improvement (GAPI)

Our global reach is enhanced by a strategic alliance with consulting firms headquartered in Europe and Asia as a member of the Global Alliance for Performance Improvement (GAPI).  Since 1996, GAPI has acted as an internationally operating joint venture of firms that specialize in developing scientifically grounded programs for performance improvement.  More than 250 qualified GAPI consultants and associates from ten organizations work together to deliver actionable solutions that take into account the cultural nuances inherent in every part of the world.
