This finding is what has driven us to create a workshop focused solely on helping leaders learn how to meet this challenge.
Leaders will profit from a workshop on creating an engagement culture designed by recognized experts in the fields of employee engagement and assessment. This one-day, highly participative workshop is aimed at team leaders at all levels. Leaders will learn about themselves and their impact on others through exercises, a special 360-degree feedback instrument focused on engagement, and an individual assessment conducted by Valtera’s assessment experts.
