Sales Growth for Human Capital Provider Brings Addition of Global Industry Veteran Kim Macdonald

Mr. Macdonald brings more than ten years of experience in consultative sales and business development to Valtera. An Australian native, he began his career with a leading compensation consultancy in Sydney. Beginning in 1996, Mr. Macdonald expanded his global reach, focusing on high-tech, data-driven solutions that have helped organizations in Asia, Europe and North America attain measurable value from human capital initiatives.
Before joining Valtera, Mr. Macdonald worked with Korn/Ferry International and ePredix where he built relationships with Fortune 500 clients. He now resides in Chicago, IL.
Mr. Macdonald holds degrees from Flinders University and the University of California at Irvine where he did graduate work in Political Science, Psychology and Economics.
