Rolling Meadows, IL (April 12, 2011) – Valtera, a leading provider of human capital consulting and technology, has announced the appointment of Paul Menick, MBA, to its business development team. Mr. Menick has been named Manager, Business Development, and will be responsible for new client acquisition and client development in the 10 states comprising the Midwest Region.
Mr. Menick brings to Valtera and its clients over 15 years of successful senior sales and sales leadership experience in the human capital and talent management consulting marketplace. He is adept at working with companies of all sizes in the application of integrated talent management practices in executing strategy and accelerating performance. Areas of particular expertise include competency based assessment and selection practices, succession management, leadership development, employee engagement, and strategic alignment.
Prior to joining Valtera, Mr. Menick was Senior Vice President, Client Services for Right Management, Inc., with business development responsibility for its career and talent management consulting services. He also has previously served as Vice President, Americas Sales for SHL Group with top line revenue responsibility for the region and leading the business development team in North America, and also as Director, Global Clients with Personnel Decisions International where he made major contributions to the growth of the firm.
