Valtera Announces New Client-Servicing Regions in the United States and the Appointment of Business Development Managers

Rolling Meadows, IL (May 11, 2011) – Valtera is pleased to announce a new regional structure for its Business Development team. This new structure has been adopted to better serve Valtera’s clients and prospects by providing a dedicated regional contact, more regional connections and referrals, and more efficient client servicing.

Paul Menick has been appointed Business Development Manager – Central Region. Mr. Menick brings to Valtera and its clients over 15 years of successful senior sales and sales leadership experience in the human capital and talent management consulting marketplace.  Prior to joining Valtera, Mr. Menick served as Senior Vice President, Client Services for Right Management, Inc., with business development responsibility for its career and talent management consulting services. 
 
Jason Racutt has been appointed Business Development Manager – Western Region, where he will partner with Valtera Vice President and Managing Principal Bruce Erenkrantz, Ph.D., to meet the needs of clients and prospects in the Western US. In his 10 years at Valtera, Mr. Racutt has served in both a business development capacity as well as a client-facing role as part of the survey team, giving him unique insight into client needs.
 
Chris Sheaffer has been appointed Business Development Manager – Southeast and Northeast Regions. For the Southeast Region, he will be partnering with Kyle Lundby, Ph.D., who will divide his time between the Southeast and his role as Director, Asia Pacific Region.  Mr. Sheaffer has been with Valtera Corporation as a Manager of Business Development since 2007. His experience includes over 20 years of consultative selling, talent acquisition, and account development in professional services.
 
In addition to his senior consulting role, Jerry Halamaj has been appointed Business Development Manager – New York, Connecticut, and New Jersey. Mr. Halamaj brings over 30 years of experience in human resources and organization development, including having served as Director of Global Employee Surveys at Citigroup and Corporate Manager, Global Employee Research and HR Metrics for John Deere. 
 
Finally, Susan Grant Palombo has been appointed Senior Vice President, Global Sales & Marketing, with oversight responsibility for all of Valtera’s sales and marketing efforts. With over 25 years of experience successfully implementing business development strategies in complex environments, Ms. Palombo has extensive knowledge of the human capital field, especially in the areas of assessment, employee engagement, and leadership development, as well as strategic marketing and advertising.
