Electronics Giant to Implement Valtera’s Scientific Approach to Measure Internal Customer Service
Rolling Meadows, IL (September 29, 2005) – Valtera, the leading provider of science-based human resource solutions, has been chosen by Sony Electronics Human Resources to measure the satisfaction of its internal customers.
The internal quality survey will focus on service provided by HR to Sony Electronics’ Service Organization, which includes the company’s call centers, repair and parts centers. The survey will launch in September, supported by SurveySage®, Valtera’s online survey authoring, administration and reporting software.
