Valtera Thought Leader Publishes New Article on Trust and Engagement During the Recession

Rolling Meadows, IL (January 3, 2011) –  Along with 3M's Karen Paul, Valtera Senior Research Fellow Benjamin Schneider co-authored an article titled "In the Company We Trust" that appears in the January edition of HR Magazine.

The article provides a unique glimpse inside 3M's work on trust and engagement during the recession. The article describes in-depth how 3M has worked to maintain and enhance a trusting and engaged culture during tough economic times. In addition, a PowerPoint deck that was used internally at 3M to tell the trust and engagement "story" will be available to online readers.
