Valtera Senior Research Fellow Benjamin Schneider quoted in March issue of HR Magazine.

Rolling Meadows, IL (March 3, 2011) – Benjamin Schneider, Valtera Senior Research Fellow, is quoted in the March issue of HR Magazine. A recognized expert on employee engagement, Dr. Schneider shared his expertise in an article titled "Prepare for Impact” that discusses the link between engagement and key business metrics.

In his comments, Dr. Schneider describes the link between customer satisfaction measures and employee engagement, highlighting the speed with which a change in engagement can be measured in customer satisfaction scores.  Dr. Schneider provides suggestions for appropriately considering a survey's scope, content, timing, and provider, in order to gain the full impact of the results.  He also underscores the importance of sharing and taking action on the results, while still being realistic about the effort and time it will take to make the desired changes.
