Valtera To Attend Northern California Human Resources Association Annual Conference and Tradeshow September 26-27
Valtera will exhibit at the 2005 NCHRA Conference and Trade Show held at the Oakland Marriott City Center in Oakland California. This year’s conference, held on September 26-27, is the largest gathering of HR professionals in Northern California. The keynote speaker, Johnny C. Taylor, will address the fundamental shift from HR professionals as service providers to HR professionals as passionate, courageous leaders.
Representing Valtera will be Bob Bachman, Regional Director of Sales. He will speak to conference attendees about how Valtera’s science-based solutions can provide accurate data for decision-making and strategic direction for HRM goals. Valtera solutions address proven methods to identify extraordinary talent, grow a high performance culture, create lasting employment relationships, and gain customer service advantage.
Valtera’s exhibit booth will be set up for demonstrations of Valtera's Sage Technology Suite, a set of state-of-the-art web platforms for online testing, surveys and 360 feedback. The products, SelectionSage™, SurveySage®, and 3SixtySage™, are designed with the real-world process knowledge that was acquired over Valtera’s 28-year history.
